HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS SANDWICH

Sandwich is a food that is popular with Indonesian people for breakfast or snacks, although it looks very easy but there are still many who do not know how to make a good sandwich. With this I will give you a recipe for making delicious sandwiches.

1. Choose good bread
I started with ciabatta bread (or other types, if not sold) from a local baker. I found that the previously sliced bread became too wet too fast. You can also make bread yourself, if you really want to.

2. Take mustard
After cutting the ciabatta bread lengthwise, wipe the mustard on the bottom slices. Then place it on the bread. Choose the best quality mustard so the results are delicious.

3. Next, arrange the meat and cheese on the mustard. Choose your favorite meat.

4. Add your vegetables
Now thinly sliced tomato shingles and shallots (soak raw onions in salt, pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar for about 5 minutes for true glory sandwiches). The cheese underneath keeps the meat from being soft. The loose lettuce that is added next, to the tomatoes and onions, also keeps the bread dry.

5. Collect
Now I smear mayonnaise on the top slices of bread. Tilt it aside for a few seconds to let the oil, vinegar and tomato juice come out. Then eat.

TIPS TRAVELLING LOW BUDGET

Exploring exotic places doesn't have to cost a lot of money and you certainly don't need to win the lottery to travel the world - not if you know how to control your money. We have complied with a number of tried and tested tips to help you plan a holiday on a limited budget.

1. Make a plan
Traveling spontaneously is a good thing, if you have free time and lots of money. But if you are traveling on a limited budget, the first thing to do is make a plan. You don't need to need a strict travel plan, hour after hour, but you have to have an idea of how long you will spend in each city or country, and know the route that your epic adventure will take.

2. Out-of-season trips
Avoid traveling during school holidays, this is when the travel industry raises prices to take advantage of families who can only travel during these weeks.

3. Smart in terms of accommodation
Expensive hotel suites for hostel rooms in hostels. Sharing rooms naturally dividing offers and communal bedrooms offers the opportunity to meet people who might want to explore with you. There are websites such as AirBnB and Couchsurfing, where you can simply reserve a room in the house or apartment of a local person. It will never be a price and allow you to take authentic snapshots of real life in the city. Consider the host, your personal tour guide, filled with insider tips for the best places to eat and tourist attractions in the neighborhood.

4. Pack properly
Make sure you bring everything you need so you don't have to shop far (apart from some souvenirs). Wherever you go, bring at least one long jeans, warm hoodies, and a waterproof jacket for unexpected weather incidents.

5. Order your previous flight
Especially flights back; running a guaranteed ticket home is never ideal. Airlines 'release' their flight seats until one year before and the closer you are to your departure date, the more prices will increase, especially in the past month.

6. be smart about how you fly
Choose to travel on Tuesday. Mid-week travel prices are lower due to premiums, added to flights and flights from weekends via shorter queues at the desk and airport check-in security. Low-cost flying too - doesn't need to be improved, no matter how good the Business Class looks. The money you save on cheap chairs can be spent on food or accommodation when you arrive. Cheap and cheap airlines are good for short flights and regularly have cheap offers. If you are planning a weekend trip to pack light items and only use a handbag, save a little money on luggage.

7. Embracing public transportation
Buses and trains are cheaper than planes. As simple as that! Traveling by overnight train also means you have one night at the hostel to pay.

8. Don't eat away at your cash
Cheap lunches can be bought at supermarkets or even local fresh food markets, rather than expensive cafes or restaurants. Aim to roam before choosing a dinner place too; if you only choose the first restaurant you see, you won't know if you spend too much money.

Enjoy Your Holiday J
