4 WAYS TO HAVE HEALTHY FACE

To have a healthy face, you must learn to take care of your skin. Clean your pores every day by washing a gentle face, but avoid hard products that can release nutrients from your skin. Exfoliate and moisturize your skin twice a week, and be careful to treat your skin gently. Get to know lifestyle habits that can make your skin tired, and try to form habits that are conducive to a healthy face. Read on to find out the specific steps you can take.

1. Find your skin type.
Determine your skin type. To have a healthy face, you must understand what makes your face unhealthy. Human skin is divided into four types: "normal", oily, dry, and combination. [1] Your face can fall into one or several of these categories, and various parts of your face may be drier, healthier, or greasy than others. Look in the mirror and review the characteristics of each skin type:
  • "Normal" skin is not dry or oily. It should feel springy and smooth. "Normal skin" is characterized by some imperfections, no severe sensitivity, barely visible pores, and glowing skin. This does not require treatment as much as other skin types, although you can still take steps to maintain the health of your face.
  • Oily skin is characterized by large pores, and oily or shiny skin. People with oily skin are more prone to blackheads, zits, and other defects. This can come from stress, excessive exposure to heat / moisture, or hormonal imbalances such as puberty.
  • Dry skin may feel tight or show dead skin debris. Dry skin can cause almost invisible pores and low facial elasticity. You might see red spots, visible lines, and rough and dull skin. You may have dry skin for a number of reasons: genetics, hormones, and exposure to elements, overheating, or certain drugs.
  • Combination skin is the most common. Sometimes it is oily, sometimes dry, and sometimes it is very healthy - and this quality may be entirely situational. Usually, oily combination skin in the T-zone (on your forehead, and nose down to your chin) and normal dry at another place.

2. Cleaning Your Face
Wash your skin with a gentle wash of face. Use cleansers based on your skin type (oily skin, combination skin, dry skin). Avoid using coarse cleaners that remove your skin's natural oils. Avoid washing your face with ordinary soap. Hard chemicals that contain lots of soap are useful for cleaning the skin, but not to protect it. Clean your face every morning and every night. Rinse with warm water and a gentle facial cleanser in the sink or shower. Don't let sweat dry on your face. Immediately after you exercise, exert yourself, or spend time in a hot environment, use water or a clean towel to wash sweat from your face.

3. Caring For Your Skin
Avoid touching your face, especially when oily. Your fingers carry oil, and when you touch your face, the oil is transferred to your face. This can cause acne. Treat your skin gently. Exfoliate once or twice a week, but not more often. Exfoliation is a great way to help release dead skin cells, which can accumulate in the pores and turn into stains. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that suits your skin type. Use a moisturizer to restore your skin after exfoliation or after a hard facial cleanser. Don't pick at pimples and blemishes. Popping a pimple seems to release all the dirt and help clean out the pore. Clean your makeup brush. If you use a makeup brush, wash with warm soapy water every day. Use a facial mask once a week. It can be used for anti-aging, spots, wrinkles, skin color, radiant face, or even bright - depending on the ingredients in the mask.

4. Lifestyle Habits
Protect yourself from the sun. One of the most important ways to treat your skin is to protect it from the sun. Change the pillowcase as often as possible. Hair oil, facial oil, saliva, dandruff, dirt, and bacteria tend to stick to the pillowcase, especially when you use it excessively. Sleep on your back. If you sleep in a supine position, your face will likely rub against your pillowcase. Drink lots of water. Drink two liters a day, or as much as possible.
