MAKE A SIMPLE FRUIT PUDDING




Are you bored with the feeling of the pudding? Or you are tired of eating fruits in their original form. I will make fruit variations in the form of pudding, how to make it. See the following

Ingredient:
- 1 pound of frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc. - use your favorite type);
- 2 cups of fresh orange juice;
- 5 tbsp. tapioca flour;
- 4 fresh mint leaves; (optional)

Preparation:
In a saucepan over a medium heat, bring the fruit and the orange juice into a clean bowl.
Place the fruit that left a separate bowl and refrigerated it.
Pour the strained fruit juice goes back to the front and brings it back to a simmer.
The mixture is simmering, combine the tapioca starch with a little bit of water and some fruit juice in a small bowl. Add to the saucepan, stirring it well until the mixture thickens.
The mixture into 4 serving glasses, and at least two hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Serve with cold cooked fruits and a fresh mint leaf.
