Ingredient:
2 Eggs

150 gr Sugar
1 tsp. Emulsifier
250 gr Flour
50 gr Milk powder
200 ml Soda Water
Steps:
1. Heat steam. While waiting for hot steam, sift flour
and milk powder then mix.
2. Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifiers. Set it aside
3. Add the egg mixture, sugar, emulsifier and soda
water to flour and milk powder, stirring slowly.
4. Set aside a little mixture, then color according to
taste.
5. Pour the dough as high as 3/4 to the top of the
white bread paper cup, place the colored dough on it.
6. Steam until cooked (about 15 minutes). Remove from the
mold, ready to be served.
