Avocados, also known as butter pears or crocodile pears, are fruits that
are widely recognized as having properties that reduce cholesterol levels in
the body. What's more, this is really delicious. To be creative with these
little nuggets, why not drink? Choose your recipe below and see Step 1 to start
satisfying your desires.
Material
Avocado Juice Cream
1 ripe avocado
1 cup (236 ml) cold milk, various variations
1 Tbsp. (15 g) sugar, honey or sugar substitute (if desired)
Step:
1. Cut the avocado and get the pulp.
To cut your avocado easily:
Take your knife and cut the avocado in half vertically. Rotate the two
sides apart, showing holes in them. With a spoon or knife, remove the hole. Take
a spoon and take all the inside.
2. Add the avocado porridge into the blender.
If you use sugar or honey, add it now. Give a quick vortex to make the
juice flow and the flavor mixes. Hold milk for now and just add sugar.
3. Add milk.
Add milk to your liking, if you like more milk it will reduce the
avocado's own taste.
4. Finish together, decorate and serve cold.
Decorate with whatever your heart desires - maybe a piece of pineapple or
a spoonful of whipped cream.
