5 TIPS TO ALWAYS GRATEFUL AND HAPPY




Many people find it difficult to find happiness in their lives. But do you know that happiness is very easy for us to get, one of them is by always thanking us for the life we ​​live in.

Here are 5 ways to find happiness with many versions of my gratitude.
1.      Before dinner, say thank you for what you got today.
2.      Say thank you to the people around you who always support and help you. Don't forget to thank your parents and family. If you are away from parents and family, send a short message to them.
3.      Take 30 seconds to breathe. There is no easier way to make time for yourself and be grateful for your own existence than to breathe. Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose for a count of three and out through your mouth for a count of five. Do this 5 times.
4.      Don't do anything for 2 minutes. Feel that you can relax and regardless of activities. This cannot eliminate your work, your friends or even your family.
5.      Communicate with your friends. Don't lock yourself up, you can chat with friends on mobile or directly. And be happy because you are surrounded by people who love you.
